The shop itself is tucked inside what seems like a business building… or maybe a hotel? Still not 100% sure, but hey, it works. The layout is spacious, airy, and inviting. When I got there, it was a weekday around 11am, so the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. A few people were working on laptops, others were just hanging out, and the staff was cheerful and friendly right away.

What I Ordered

I went full fun, drink mode and got the Bananas & Cream Matcha, yes, bananas, with house, made Filipino syrup (sold instantly!), cream, crushed banana chips, cinnamon, milk, honey, and Couplet’s ceremonial matcha. One sip and I felt like I discovered a new personality trait. The banana + matcha combo? Absolute perfection. I did not want that drink to end.

For food, I grabbed the Prosciutto and Arugula Toast, which was fresh, crunchy, and exactly the kind of light bite that pairs well with a mid-morning caffeine boost.

I also ordered an iced café de olla americano for my coworker, because if you go to a cool coffee shop without them, bringing back a drink is the least you can do, right?
