You still have full access to your self-storage unit. The gate/access hours are Monday thru Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Regarding your bill, we encourage one of the following options:

1. Pay online (available on Los AngelesSelfStorage.net)
2. Place a check in our mail slot
3. Call your friendly rental staff for assistance at: (213) 481-1010

New Customers:

If you are looking to rent a unit from us, we have a few options:

1. Tech-savvy? Effective, Thursday, March 26th, we will offer the ability to rent online! Please head over to LosAngelesSelfStorage.net and you can complete your entire application and start the rental process there. This option will work on your mobile smartphone too!
2. Prefer to talk to someone? We are available via phone. Call us at (213) 481-1010 and we can email you our electronic rental agreement (no forms/printing required).
