Our History

When we first opened our Los Angeles Self Storage location in 1999, many people didn't expect that we would find success. The property was of little value, or so they thought. It had been an empty building for many years, and because of that it did become a bit of an eyesore and help was necessary to bring it back to life. At that time, it was an office building, but we had greater hopes to turn the property into something else - storage. It was a risk and a gamble, especially during a time when self storage wasn't necessarily a word everyone thought about. However, as the years flew by, we found that our family owned business was prospering. With 1,230 units in our building, it has averaged about 97% capacity. While this is a reflection of our hard work, it is equally a reflection of our amazing community and customers. We would not be where we are today if it were not for our world-class customers, who we truly love and care about.

We have seen people from all walks of life utilize our self storage facilities. From people just moving into the area to those who have lived here forever and need more room for other things in their lives. Self storage helps people to organize their lives and streamline their businesses, working to establish a sense of order and calmness in a place where we pack too much into too little.
