We are happy to announce that Los Angeles Self Storage has won the prestigious Los Angeles Downtown News Best Self Storage of Downtown LA Award for the eighth year in a row! We are so honored and grateful, and we have no intent to stop providing customers with a superior service and our local, neighborhood self storage facility. We would like to thank all of our customers and members of our community who voted. It truly means the world to us.
Our team is proud of our relationship with the citizens of Downtown LA and all over the state of California. We truly care about our customers and we love our communities. It is part of what we think makes us unique and stand out. Our goal is to continue to provide great service with bonuses and extras that keep us competitive - like our free moving trucks and modern, beautiful facilities.
When we first opened our Los Angeles Self Storage location in 1999, many people didn't expect that we would find success. The property was of little value, or so they thought. It had been an empty building for many years, and because of that it did become a bit of an eyesore and help was necessary to bring it back to life. At that time, it was an office building, but we had greater hopes to turn the property into something else - storage. It was a risk and a gamble, especially during a time when self storage wasn't necessarily a word everyone thought about. However, as the years flew by, we found that our family owned business was prospering. With 1,230 units in our building, it has averaged about 97% capacity. While this is a reflection of our hard work, it is equally a reflection of our amazing community and customers. We would not be where we are today if it were not for our world-class customers, who we truly love and care about.
We have seen people from all walks of life utilize our self storage facilities. From people just moving into the area to those who have lived here forever and need more room for other things in their lives. Self storage helps people to organize their lives and streamline their businesses, working to establish a sense of order and calmness in a place where we pack too much into too little.
We offer storage units of different shapes and sizes to help meet your needs. Whether you need short term storage while you're getting your home remodeled or you want something that is a little more long term, we can help you out. Our team has helped satisfied customers with both sides of the equation.
High Rise Self Storage in DTLA
Today, we are the only high rise self storage facility in DTLA, and we think that makes us pretty special. It's not often you get to experience an 11-story self storage facility! With high rise self storage, you get the benefit of more security for both yourself and your belongings - everything is just a bit higher and harder to get to. Of course, this also has benefits with climate control, safety, surveillance, and general upkeep. We can keep our buildings, customers, and team members happier this way - and we hope you see the difference.
Toward the Future
We don't think we are finished yet. As a family owned business, we are looking to push ourselves in many different directions and try out new things. The world is evolving and changing, and we want to do the same. That's why we are always looking for the latest and greatest ideas to make your self storage experience superior. That's what we think it takes to be voted the best storage in Downtown LA, and we hope to keep it up so that we never lose our place at the head of the pack. We enjoy working hard each and every day, because we know that hard work adds value and happiness for our customers.
On a closing note, we want to again take this opportunity to thank our valued customers and community members. Thank you for being with us all these years. Thank you for voting for us. We will do everything in our power to continue to exceed your expectations. For self-storage in the DTLA area, look no further than Los Angeles Self Storage! (Want to learn more about our award?
