Our Socially Distanced Self Storage Experience

At Cypress Self Storage, we are well aware of the unprecedented times in which we live. We have taken proactive steps regarding social distancing. Face masks are always required in our office by all employees and customers. (If you forget to bring a face mask, we offer single-use face masks for customers for free.) We practice social distancing, so everyone must be at least 6 feet apart. While our office is large and can accommodate many people, we are minimizing the number of customers in our office at a single time. At Cypress Self Storage, we have a supply of disinfectant and regularly clean our office surfaces and door handles. Of course, we also offer free hand sanitizer. Employees regularly sanitize their hands, and we encourage customers to do the same. Gloves are provided to employees when handling items in the office. We have a contact-free thermometer that employees use to test their temperature each day, and employees/customers cannot enter the office if they have signs of temperature or illness. For those who wish to rent their storage unit remotely, we have implemented the latest technologies so that renting your self storage unit will be completed in a contact-free manner. If you prefer to rent from us over the phone, email, or internet, all of those options are available as well! At Cypress Self Storage, we take social distancing seriously.

When it comes to our office (or basically any aspect of our self storage facility), we went "all out". We believe that you, our valued customer, deserves the best (at affordable prices). Specifically, we designed our office like a warm, inviting, contemporary home. We incorporate the latest in design, such as white stone counters with wood plank flooring in a herringbone design. Brushed brass accents are scattered throughout. The space is bright and inviting. The view of our four-way signalized intersection (with left turn lane that we installed) at the corner of E. Cypress Rd. and Picasso is stunning, and so much fun to observe. Ultimately, we want our office to be a reflection of what a home can be with a little help from our self storage facility.
