Yoga has become one of the most popular activities for health and wellness. It's everywhere these days, and there are more ways to do yoga than there are flavors of ice cream. Gentle Yoga. Chair Yoga. Mommy and Me Yoga. You'll even find classes with exotic sounding names like Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Kundalini, Hatha, or Bikram, just to name a few. If you’re thinking about starting a yoga practice, you might have difficulty knowing where to begin. This list won't help you understand the difference between Ashtanga and Pranayama, but it will help you find a studio close by. Here are just a few places in Antioch, Oakley and Brentwood, along with a quick list of the services they offer.
