You still have full access to your self-storage unit.  The gate/access hours are back to regular hours. Access Hours: Monday thru Saturday 7am - 7pm and Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm. Office Hours: Monday thru Saturday 8am - 6pm and Sunday 8:30am - 4:30pm.

New Customers:

We are accepting new rentals and are here for you!

Regarding your bill, we encourage one of the following options:

1. Pay online (available on ArroyoParkwaySelfStorage.net)
2. Place a check in our mail slot
3. Call your friendly rental staff for assistance at: (626) 585-8800

If you are looking to rent a unit from us, we have a few options:

1. Tech-savvy? Effective, Thursday, March 26th, we will offer the ability to rent a storage space online! Please head over to ArroyoParkwaySelfStorage.net and you can complete your entire application and start the rental process there. This option will work on your mobile smartphone too!
2. Prefer to talk to someone? We are available via phone. Call us at (626) 585-8800 and we can email you our electronic rental agreement (no forms/printing required).
