That's why we purchased a brand new moving truck (showroom fresh) for our customers to use when moving items into our self storage facility. Oakley Is Facing A Shortage of Moving Trucks

Since we launched our free truck program, our truck has been in constant use almost every single day. Our friendly on-site managers have been working close with customers to schedule use of the truck in advance, so everybody has a turn. That being said, demand has exceeded supply. And, we have received a number of reports from customers and members of the community that it's nearly impossible to rent a truck elsewhere. Trucks in the greater Oakley, Brentwood, and Antioch areas are booked out months in advance. Many customers have been expressing their stress with the lack of trucks in our immediate area.

Solution: We Now Offer Two Free Moving Trucks

So, we decided to find a solution for our local community that we care about so much. We decided to temporarily borrow a second free moving truck from our sister facility up in Rocklin, California. We have now had this second truck for a few months and will continue to have it here at our Cypress Self Storage location for the coming months. While our second truck is older than our brand new one, it definitely gets the job done and adds much needed truck capacity to our greater Oakley area! And, of course, our second truck is also free to use for moving items into our storage facility, as long as you take great care of it and bring it back with a full tank of gas.
